Job Description
Location: 3652 North Clack St, Abilene, TX 79601 then Shackelford County, TX
Pay: $60-65/hr with 1.5x OT
Per diem: $150/day per diem, 7 days a week (no matter if you work 7)
Hours- 6 days/week (and sometimes 7, minimum 5), 6:00 AM–6:00 PM or 6:00 PM-6:00AM - Must be open to both, will start on NIGHT shift and rotate every 2 months
Duration: 6 month contract-to-hire, going permanent with our client. When this site is done being built in the next 3-6 months, you will continue working at a data center being built 15 miles down the road
Start Date: ASAP (can start 5/4)
Job Description
The Superintendent will lead day-to-day field operations on a large-scale data center project, working closely with foremen and Prime contractor project managers. This is an 80% boots-on-the-ground role responsible for running the project, managing headcount, reviewing daily reports, and resolving both personnel and project-related issues. The Superintendent will act as the face of client in site meetings and client communications.
