Work Now Staffing is looking to hire Data Entry/Customer Service Representatives for our Romeoville client.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Shifts: 1st Shift - 8:00am - 3:30pm/4:30pm (can work 35 - 40 hours per week) Assignment expected to run through the end of the year

Job Details:

The Customer Service Representative will act as a liaison between customers, sales, and production facility. This position will work with internal departments to achieve customer expectations. CSR will oversee and manage the customer workload as well as assist in processing jobs and talking to clients. Candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced production environment. Position will establish and promote excellent customer relations as well as facilitate the resolution of any customer issues. We are looking for a motivated, organized individual to add to our growing team.

• Ensure all timelines for scheduling and production are met which includes creating the production plan
• Address all customer production and postage questions while fostering a solid client focused relationship
• Availability to take calls after hours to resolve production or customer questions
• Ensure Quality Steps are being met
• Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned
• 45 day performance and pay review

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft programs
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous experience in printing, mailing or bindery is a plus
• Three or more years of previous customer service experience is required
• USPS Mailing Requirement Knowledge Preferred
• Monticello Software and USPS PostalOne Software experience preferred
